I tried using the app to ring my phone and nothing happened. The funny part is my phone was literally right beside me the whole time, so yeah, not super helpful when I actually needed it.

Tile is handy when it’s close by, I’ll give it that. But the network coverage in my area is hit or miss, and this little diva of a tracker can be super inconsistent. Sometimes it updates quickly, and other times it just sits there showing some ancient location for hours like it forgot its one job. It’s not totally useless, but it’s definitely not as reliable as I was hoping.

I had a problem with my Tile, so I reached out to support thinking they might actually, you know, support me. It took forever to get a reply, and when they finally did respond, it was basically some copy-paste answer that had nothing to do with my issue. Definitely felt like nobody actually read my message. Super frustrating experience.

My Tile stopped working ridiculously early, so I figured the warranty would be the obvious fix. Nope. The whole replacement process was painfully slow, and I swear they kept asking me for the exact same information over and over like they had never seen my messages before.

By the end, I still didn’t have a real answer or a clear replacement, just more waiting. For a tiny tracker, this was absolutely not worth the hassle. I’m completely sure I would’ve saved time just buying another one

I got a Tile hoping it’d make finding my keys easier, but it hasn’t been super smooth with my Android phone. The app keeps asking for permissions, which gets annoying fast, and the connection randomly drops sometimes. It does help find my keys when they’re nearby, so it’s not totally useless, but it’s not reliable enough for me rn. expected better compatibility.

Tile works well overall, and the price isn’t outrageous or anything, haha. I just wish some of the features were included instead of needing to pay extra for them. The trackers feel like a decent deal when they’re on sale, but at full price I’m not as convinced. I don’t feel ripped off, I just think the pricing could be a bit more straightforward. It’s a 3-star experience for me.

I tried giving tile another shot, but I dont understand this design. The tracker feels way too bulky in my wallet, and the button keeps getting pressed by accident, which gets old fast. The battery setup also feels kind of flimsy and cheap. It looks simple at first, but actually using it every day has been more annoying than helpful. Its just not worth it for me.

I mainly use Tile for the separation alerts, they’ve come in handy a few times when I was about to leave my keys behind. They’re not always instant, but they usually kick in soon enough to be useful. I did ask support about the delay once, and they basically said it can depend on connection and location settings, which makes sense. Overall, it does what I need it to do, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I really wanted this to work with my smart home, but the Alexa setup kept failing. I tried a few times, actually, more than a few, and it just never connected properly. At that point, it felt like more hassle than it was worth.

Most days, the tracking is just way off. It’ll show my keys several blocks away when they’re literally sitting right next to me. For something that’s supposed to help you find your stuff, that feels disappointing.

I wasn’t rough with it or dropping it all over the place, just normal keys-in-pocket everyday use. I tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I got stuck in a loop of the same basic questions and no real help. For something made to live on a keychain, I expected it to be a lot tougher. Frustrating and not worth it for me

I like the app overall, it works well and it’s easy enough to use. I just wish the data controls were a bit more obvious, you know... like, it’s not totally clear what’s being shared or where to change certain privacy settings.

This only works when I’m basically standing right next to it. Once I move even a little farther away, it’s pretty much useless. Whoever runs this really needs to fix the range because it’s not practical at all.

My Tile is fully charged, so that’s not the issue, but the app still barely works when I actually need it. It’ll show my keys as last seen hours ago even though they’re sitting right beside me, and sometimes it takes forever to connect or won’t ring at all. it gets frustrating when the whole reason I use it is to find things quickly. Just feels way more stressful than it should.

In my experience, the updates usually come through quickly, which is helpful if you’re trying to stay on top of things. Every now and then they’re a little late, so I’d just say don’t rely on them down to the minute, but overall they’ve been solid

I got this mainly to help me track down my keys, but the ring is so quiet that I can only really hear it if I’m already close by. Maybe I missed something, but it feels like they made it sound more useful than it actually is. Kind of defeats the purpose for me.

I got Tile because I figured it would be better than just retracing my steps and hoping for the best, but when I actually lost my keys, it really didn’t come through. The app kept showing a “last seen” location from hours earlier, which wasn’t any more useful than me trying to remember where I’d been. The ring button just spun and spun, so I couldn’t even tell if it was trying to connect or just stuck.
Support was underwhelming too. They sent me the usual basic tips, but it was all stuff I’d already tried before reaching out. Compared to what I expected from a paid tracking service, it felt more like a short-range finder than something that helps when an item is genuinely lost. Maybe it’s fine if your keys are under the couch, but for anything beyond that, not for me. I ended up canceling my plan

I’ve got my Tile on my keys, the battery has lasted longer than I thought it would. It’s not perfect — I do wish the battery level was a little easier to see sometimes. But overall, it’s been reliable, and I like that I’m not constantly worrying about charging it...
